RIPA stands for Receipt-Invoice-Payment-Automation. It started with receipt automation for expense recording, but now also provides disbursement payments as a service, transforming the way government, business & health insurance companies deliver entitlements. A payer, such as a Government social agency, authorises an entitlement, sends that with the payment token and the booking apps to the user, who can then pay using the agency’s funds.
