Chris Bayley

Chris Bayley is the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Cover Genius, an insurtech leader that was recognized by the Financial Times as the fastest growing company in APAC, where it was originally founded.

Cover Genius has been recognised as Insurtech of the Year by every premier insurance publisher globally, notably the Insurance Times and Insurance Post (UK), Asia Insurance Review, National Retail Federation and ANZIIF. Cover Genius has been recognized as a Top 100 Global Fintech by KPMG, a Deloitte Fastest Company and the Founders were in EY's Entrepreneur of the Year.

Chris is passionate about social entrepreneurship and is a board member and advisor to multiple NGOs and startups. Chris also runs Cover Genius' flagship social impact program, "CG Gives" which supports entrepreneurs in developing countries by donating 100% of the proceeds of company bonuses.
