Rachel O'Shea

Rachel O’Shea is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Yabble, an award-winning SaaS platform for research that specialises in using AI to enhance analysis and productivity. Rachel co-founded Yabble with Kathryn Topp in 2017.  Yabble now employees 29 team members across 6 countries, with a focus on helping some of the world’s largest brands supercharge their insights capabilities – particularly in the US and Australia.

Yabble has been recognised as a high-growth NZ business by both MatchStiq in their 2022 Top 100 Tech Companies to Work For report and Data Magazine UK, who named Yabble in their Top 30 machine learning companies for the year. Outside of scaling a global business, Rachel commits time and energy to mentoring other entrepreneurs, coaching her daughter’s sports teams and re-invigorating her own tank by riding a motorbike around the beautiful open spaces of Aotearoa.
